OUR GUARANTEE: T and J’s guarantees that each snake is healthy and feeding regularly at the time of purchase (unless otherwise stated) and will refund the cost of the snake or replace any snake that dies during the first 30 days after purchase IF the snake dies to health issues providing the death is not due to improper husbandry practices. (IE: We will NOT refund your money or replace your snake if it escapes from its cage, NOR will we replace a snake that gets eaten by its tank mate because you were cohabitating two or more snakes, etc...) If the snake dies of natural causes, health related causes that are not directly related to poor husbandry; we will either: refund the cost of the snake (not including shipping fees), replace the snake with a similar animal, or apply the cost of the snake towards a future purchase. In order to qualify for a full refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of the death.

TERMS and CONDITIONS: All of our animals are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding on a regular basis, our hatchlings not offered for sale until they have eaten a minimum of 5-10 consecutive meals without regurging. Any non-feeders, or difficult feeders, will be offered at reduced prices and only with the understanding that there is no guarantee that these animals will thrive or survive. All animals are sold on a first come, first serve basis unless otherwise stated. We will open waiting lists for each pairing only after eggs have been laid and the number of viable eggs has been determined. There will be occasional pairings that will have no waiting lists available and these may or may not be listed on our projects page. If you are interested in obtaining offspring from a specific pairing or a specific snake, please contact us and we will gladly answer any questions you may have. The list of available animals will be updated regularly, as snakes are sold or new snakes become available, though not all of the snakes we will be selling will be listed on the available page as we have hopes of securing a table at various reptile shows as early as 2008. We will also offer some snakes up for sale through Cornsnakes.com and The Source as well as special deals. If you are looking for a particular morph or offspring from a particular snake of ours and don’t see it on the list, please contact us for information on future availability and hold backs that we might be considering offering for sale. We will not sell snakes to anyone under the age of 18, no exceptions. If you are a minor and are interested in purchasing one of our snakes, please have your parent or guardian contact us to negotiate payment and shipping or delivery of the animal(s) in question. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to check his/her local laws regarding the importation of snakes and to obtain any permits necessary to own/import the animal(s) in question.

PAYMENTS and DEPOSITS: Payments are due, in full, before any animal will be shipped or before being handed over if we make a delivery. We are currently accepting, Paypal, cashier checks, money orders, personal checks, and cash (for when dealing with customers in person.) If you are sending a personal check, shipment or delivery will be held until the check clears. Additionally there will be a $25.00 NSF charge for all bounced checks. We are willing hold one or more animals for up to 10 days without a deposit providing you have notified us in advance and have made arrangements for payments. If after the 10 days you have not contacted us and we have not received any monies, the animal or animals in question will be placed back on our available list and sold if another party sends payment. If you wish us to hold onto an animal longer for a period of time above and beyond the 10 day grace period, you will need to send us a deposit. The amount of the deposit will be determined by the number of animals you are purchasing and the price of each snake. Deposits are only partially refundable, depending on the length of time that we have held the animal(s) in question. If you should change your mind within 10 days of the initial contact showing interest in that animal(s) or 5 days after your payment has been received (which ever time period is longer) your deposit will be refunded to you minus $5.00 for deposits of $50.00 and under or 10% for deposits of $51.00 and up. If the time we have held the animal(s) for you exceeds the 10-15 days allowed, we will deduct an additional $1.00 per week (7 days) per snake from the refund amount. In the event that the animal you have placed a deposit on is no longer available (due to feeding trouble or health issues) we will refund the entire deposit upon request or apply the deposit towards a different snake of your choice.

SHIPPING and DELIVERY: We are pleased to announce that our FedEx Certification for shipping Live Harmless Reptiles is almost complete. We hope to finish up the last step before October 15, 2007 and will begin scheduling shipments for any where in the U.S. at that time. All of our snakes will be shipped out by overnight priority through FedEx Express Services, we will NOT, under any circumstances, ship an animal out via two day ground service - so please do not ask us to do so. We prefer to have all shipments held at the nearest FedEx facility for pick up, however, we will ship to a residential or business address providing that someone will be available to receive and sign for the shipment. Failure to sign for the package on the scheduled day of delivery will void our live arrival guarantee. We will not ship out any animals during the summer months when the destination temperatures are expected to exceed 90° F (33° C) nor will we ship during the winter months when temperatures are expected to drop below 20° F (-6° C). No shipments will be made during the winter holidays in order to avoid unnecessary delays. Shipping costs range in price from $35.00 to $65.00 depending on where you are located. All shipping fees are non-refundable and are the responsibly of the purchaser. Deliveries and/or pick-ups will be scheduled on a case by case basis depending upon the distance between us for those customers residing in California and are subject to a non-refundable $10.00 fee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you must notify us within 24 hours after arrival of the animal(s) in order to make arrangements for a replacement snake of equal or lesser value. If a replacement animal is not available, a credit will be issued for the cost of the snake(s) to be used for a future snake purchase from T and J's Corns. The animal(s) in question must then be shipped back to us in the original box (or similarly appropriate box) with all costs paid for by the returning party - except in cases where the snake has a physical defect or deformity that was not previously disclosed.
