
The third and final pairing of the 2007 season is of Beryl and Homer Crimson. Beryl is a 2005 rootbeer het amel and Homer is a crimson (hypo miami). Expected offspring are projected to be 100% rootbeers het for hypo and 50% het for amel. If Homer is also het for amel then we'll end up with rootbeers and creamcicles all het for hypo. Time will tell when the clutch is laid and hatches later this year.
Beryl laid 12 eggs on 05/23/07, 2 of which were suspected slugs that later went bad and were removed from the incubator. Expected hatch date is around the end of July and the Beginning of August.
